Volume Orders

 



Hardcover options


 

In addition to our print-on-demand book range, we have a range of hardcover book formats at heavily discounted prices, exclusively for orders of 25 to 250 copies.

This range caters to self publishers and those wishing to produce a limited edition book, catalogue or portfolio.

All hardcover volume orders must be individually quoted and scheduled by our Volume Order Manager .

Softcover options



Premium softcovers are also available in batches of 25.
Softcover books can be easily ordered online, without the
need for quoting or scheduling.

Custom options



For orders of 25 copies or more we're also happy to quote on any book size, format or options.

Just complete the Quote Form or contact our Volume Order Manager  to discuss your needs.

 

Production time

There is no standard production time, as it varies according to the order quantity, specifications and our production capacity. Most are produced in approximately 4 weeks from the date of final file submission. Be aware that we only produce a limited number of volume orders from October to January.
 

Delivery time and costs

Please note that delivery time is in addition to production time. Packaging and delivery costs are calculated after all order specifications have been confirmed. Deliveries are made to a single street address within Australia only.


Proof copy

A single, fully-bound proof book can be printed prior to the volume order being printed. We recommend this, assuming it can fit in with our production schedule. Proof copies for standard book formats are charged at the volume unit price, then the cost of the proof is deducted from the volume print run. The cost of custom format proofs need to be quoted and confirmed by our Volume Order Manager. Allow 7 days minimum for proof copies to be produced


Quoting and rescheduling

Be aware that any change to the quantity, size, format, options, file submission date or delivery details, following the provision of our quote, will require the order to be requoted and possibly rescheduled.


File submission requirements

Following confirmation of the file submission date by our Volume Order Manager, late file submissions may result in the rescheduling of your order. Depending on your in hand date, a penalty fee may also apply. This is to ensure there is no interruption to our overall production schedule.


Design specifications

Visit the Design Tools page for software options prior to commencing your book design. We only accept PDF files that conform to our required specifications. Before submitting a volume order it is important that you read our colour management information available here. PDF submissions that don’t conform to our specifications will incur a file handling prepress fee.
 

Terms + conditions

No changes can be made to your order once production has started.
Payment terms are 50% prior to starting the order and 50% prior to dispatch
