Annual Lookbooks

by Stuart Miller

Momento Pro can produce a single copy or up to 250 hardcover books, which makes creating a fresh annual portfolio or yearly lookbook feasible and cost-effective.

Stuart Miller has made new folios each year in different sizes for different purposes. He printed a Grand size with a Midnight Matte cover and large emboss text for client meetings and a series of small folios with a Classic cover and small emboss text for mailing out to agencies.

Portfolio

by Janyon Boshoff

A printed portfolio still has impact in our digitally driven world, as it gives busy creatives a break from the screen, and offers them a moment to enjoy the physicality of the paper and cover materials, making it a more memorable experience, and the imagery harder to forget.

Promo Cards are also a great way to present a series of images and get your work  in front of art directors and editors. Choose a satin or gloss finish to suit your style

Interview With A Cockatoo (Or Two)

by Leila Jeffreys

As a fine-art photographic artist, producing a book allows Leila Jeffreys to extend access to her work beyond exhibition walls.

Cockatoo was popular with judges and the public as a finalist in the Australian Photo Book Of The Year Awards 2013 and it has been one of the best selling books Momento Pro has produced. It was printed in an edition of 50 with an Orange Linen cover and custom embossing.

Leila is also publishing a book titled Birdland with Hachette in Australia and New Zealand and Bird Love with US Publisher, Abrams in October 2015.

Gateway

by Simon Bernhardt

Bernhardt is an advertising and fine art photographer, who is heavily involved in the Sydney arts scene. Having successfully self-published two photography books, he understood the value of sophisticated design and worked with a professional to create a minimalist aesthetic with elegant use of typography.

Simon sought sponsorship to help fund his publication and launched the book on the opening night of his exhibition at Black Eye Gallery. For many, opening nights are the best environment for book sales, while well planned social media promotions and media releases are also necessary for success.

Gateway also resides in the Asia Pacific Photobook Archive.

Limited Editions for Collection

by Stephen Dupont

Book publishing has been revolutionised by the advent of digital print technology that allows artists to self-publish work in small edition sizes - a lucky coincidence given the decreasing interest  from trade publishers to take on art or photography publications.

Stephen Dupont now focuses on limited editions of 10 or less, produced as fine-art archival inkjet prints in custom made packaging. His work appeals is sought by local and international book collections including the National Library of Australia, State Library of Victoria and the American Library of Congress.
