No. We do not check the uploaded or printed files for typographical errors, design faults, alignment issues or any other design error. We only check for Momento generated print or manufacturing issues. All the proofing of the file is done by you prior to submitting your file for print.  Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

We do have Quality Assurance checks throughout our production process where your pages are reviewed for any scratches or print imperfections. Our Quality Assurance team are trained to look past the content and only at the print quality to ensure that they do not miss any quality issues to make sure you receive the highest quality product.
